Visual Editor in Elements

Hi, I can't seem to work in Visual Editor in the Elements screen. I searched the forum and found the answer that I should click the 3 dots and turn on the visual editor. But the dots are not there.

which Element are you using ?
Hi David, a Hook generate_after_content. If that is what you mean
Are you using a block element or a hook element?
The hook element doesn't have a visual editor, while the block element is using Gutenberg editor.
Thank you Ying, I got it now. I needed to make a Block - Hook instead of a Hook. I realised that because of your post, thx!
