Hi. There is a visual editor for content layout that works on pages with sections?

The Sections add-on uses the exact same Visual and Text editor as regular pages.

I mean how to create columns, buttons, boxes, bullets, among other things; if there is any external style drag an drop plugin what works in sections?

If you want things like buttons, boxes etc.. You might need to use a plugin like this: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/
