Hi all,
I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m a bit desperate lol.
My visitors keep complaining that when they visit my blog they get a white screen and nothing else… and I can’t for the life of me work out why…
http://www.meshbodyaddicts.com
Is it a theme glitch? Any suggestions gladly welcomed!
Thank you π
Zoe
August 19, 2015 at 4:37 am #130486Jean Paiva DeveloperIt seems ok to me.
Many users complained about this? Let me know if the problem still affect your users.
August 19, 2015 at 5:18 am #130498ZoeHi Jean
Yes lots have – on further investigation it looks like it’s just the actual blog posts – so if they click on the title of the blog post to read the full thing, it’s white…

that’s one example, but all blog posts are the same π
August 19, 2015 at 5:21 am #130499ZoeOkay interesting update, it appears that it’s the / at the end of the weblink that causes the white page – but the theme automatically generates the links (the read more link, the header link and the subscriber send out link to have a / at the end).
Is this a bug?
http://meshbodyaddicts.com/announcements-and-spotlight-on-erratic/ doesn’t work (the automatically generated link), but if I manually type it without the / it does – http://meshbodyaddicts.com/announcements-and-spotlight-on-erratic
any thoughts?
August 19, 2015 at 6:27 am #130522Jean Paiva DeveloperIt’s normal to me:
Even with the ‘/’ at the end. I went to many pages, all working normal. I’m using google Chrome
You are getting the same error? What browser are you using?

Might be worth checking our your server error_log file to see if there’s any errors in there.

August 19, 2015 at 10:00 am #130628TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperThere it is π
This is a known bug that I’ve fixed in an upcoming version. It happens when GeneratePress isn’t active but GP Premium is. Maybe you’re using some sort of mobile theme?
If you’d like to email me at support@generatepress.com I can send you the next version so you can get updated ASAP and not wait for the update.
August 19, 2015 at 10:05 am #130638ZoeI’ve emailed you now, thank you so much Tom!!
