vinyassa theme subscribe button not working

Hi,
I have connected mail chimp to my site and i am using the design i got from the vinyassa theme but for some reason it is not working?
Do you know why this may be the case?

I'm not very familiar with MailChimp unfortunately.
It might be worth checking with their support team to make sure you've set up everything correctly.
