Vinyasa Demo site

Hi,
I'm a WordPress beginner and I just managed to import Vinyasa Demo on my site. As I want to make changes, I encounter difficulties. My questions are: can I work on Vinyasa Demo site without knowing code? What Demo site should use if I don't know anything about page buiders? Also, what page builder should I use?
I know here are 3 questions instead of 1, but I really need your help.

Vinyasa is built with the Gutenberg editor and GenerateBlocks so there should be minimum code involved.

On the front page, if I change the picture with the girl in a yoga pose, and want to add another background image, how can I make that background image rounded at the bottom?

The rounded shape is actually a background image is the second container so it should still be there if you didn't remove it:

Another option would be to use the GenerateBlocks 1.2 which is currently in Alpha and it has the Shape Divider option:
