View issue after switching to mobile view and back to desktop

Hi, guys.

Have an issue with displaying in the admin panel.
When I switch from desktop view to mobile or tablet view - it's ok. When I switch back to desktop - it's getting weird. The view is totally different - blocks are hiding other blocks, etc.

There is a high chance that Windows/Laptop is guilty. Because when display size is 100% or 125% - everything is ok. When it's 150% - the desktop view starts to get messy. But maybe it's not only Windows/Laptop. Is there a chance to fix it?
