video won't work

It works if you access the site without HTTPS: http://www.websitebuildersperth.com.au/tt/

You'll need to fully switch the site to HTTPS for it to work.

ahhhh -- I knew you would find a solution

I was trying themes -- plugins -- everything else!!

I Will work on https:// problem ( that happens with upgrades to https )

I added a plugin that was supposed to fix the issue called 'HTTP / HTTPS Remover' for mixed Content

and I renamed the post and it has a GREEN OK top left
But it does not play even though I did test in http and it played like you siad

Are your URLs in "Settings > General" set to https?

That plugin changed the URl to //
so i have deleted it and will start over again

It changed the URL in your settings?

I typically make the change in the settings, then use a plugin like Velvet Blues Update URLs to search and replace my URLS to include https.

I tried that one and it did not work
so I used
SSL Insecure Content Fixer plugin and that seemed to work instead
