Then use your back-button to return to the landing page.
The video thumbnail is not displayed.
This is the case on all of the pages with an embedded video.
What could be the cause of the problem?
In a previous support case David mentioned that
the cause could be a quirk in Safari as a browser.
I have a Mac with Safari.

Hi John,
i couldn't find much more info on the issue. You may want to try adding this plugin:

It's built for improving the performance of video loading, but seeing it does that by hijacking the video and only displaying a poster image until the user clicks on the image ( at which point it loads the video ) it may resolve this problem.

If I may, I'll opt against a plugin.
I like to keep the number of them on the to an absolute minimum.
I'll ask folks at Apple Support.
In the meantime, I checked the site using Chrome.
No problem with the thumbnail.
