[Resolved] Video not working

Hi there,

The video on this page doesn’t work, and I don’t understand why. I am using the same layout as on this other page, where the video displays as usual. What is the reason for this?

Hi there,

Odd one – its a core function – so as long as the video URL is correct and can be embedded then it should work.

try removing the video block, publish the changes.
Then in a normal text block – paste in the YouTube URL … this should auto embed the video.

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.

I finally found what the problem was: the short URL suggested by YouTube for sharing the video. When I pasted the complete URL, the video showed without problems. 🙂
