Video in header pause on scroll

Hi,
Can i put heeader video to pause when scrolled certain amount of pixels down.
So maybe when scrolled 200px or something header video would pause?

It will require some custom solution to achieve this.
Unfortuanly it's out of the theme support scope, thanks for understanding :)
I would recommend you to do some research see if you can find a plugin for this.

Depending on what video you've embedded, they should have something for this in their script library.
