Video background in elements - how do adjust for mobile

Hi. Trying to set up a video as background for a header, and it works fine on big screens, but not so good on small screens. Is there a trick to set this up to work on small screens also?

Try add some top and bottom paddings to the Header element for mobile.

Also please make sure you have some content in the header element, even just a comment,eg:<!--comment -->

Hi. Yes, looks better this way, but the content I added shows over the video on small screens, and below video on big screen. Can I adjust somehow?
