[Support request] Video background behind NAV

Hi, is there a straightforward way to add a video background behind the nav and logo region, like in the site:

http://www.travelbarefeet.com/

I’ve tried a custom page header, which seems really complicated. I’ve also tried Rev slider, with some CSS, but that was clunky.

Thanks. Is there any way to loop the video background on the Page Header, or at least add a background image or custom color when it ends?
