video autoplay won't play when viewed on smartphone or iPad.

Hi Support,
I've embedded a mp4 video on a slider (revolution slider), and configured the video for auto-play when the site first opens.
This works for desktops, laptops, however, when viewed on a tablet, or smartphone, it seems that the video doesn't play anymore. One would have to manually click on the screen.
I want the video to auto-play as soon as you've opened the site on all devices, eg. on smartphones and tablets.
You can test this out with a smartphone and/or tablet, and compare it with that when viewded on a desktop.

Hey Nam,
Can you try a few things for us? First, we need to make sure that this problem is caused by GP (theme/plugin).

After checking this steps you will be able to check if the problem is with Rev. Slider plugin or is incompatibility with other theme/plugin.

I'm guessing this is something the devs over at Revolution Slider will know a lot more about.
I also think that autoplaying video on mobile isn't too common - if you Google "autoplay video on mobile" you'll find a lot of people who aren't able to do it.
