Very slow

This website I am trying to build is painfully slow. The hosting company has sent me this message, I would be grateful for any help please.
Further looking into that looks like your index.php is doing too many requests towards different websites (154). I did an strace for your index page and seems it is getting stuck on all the requests towards your gp-premium plugin, so it might worth it contacting the plugin developer in case there are some issues with the servers on their end, for example they are not working, or having high load.

The only time GP Premium communicates with generatepress.com is in your "Plugins" area in the Dashboard to check for updates.
It won't check with generatepress.com on the front end of your website, ever.
One thing you can try is doing a test here: https://tools.pingdom.com/
That will tell you exactly which aspects of your site are causing the slow down.

Generatepress is very slow for my new website, I deactivated Generatepress and Activated wordpress default theme website loads quickly and tried with Hueman Theme,then also no problem website loads quickly. I wordpress admin area also if i click any menu, Such as settings,Plugin,etc it breaks and asks for reload.Kindly resolve the issue.
