Very slow pages

My site has over 20 really slow pages and I have no idea why. Would appreciate it if anyone can take a look at it.

I tried running Lightspeed on you website and the most significant issue was “initial server response time”.

One potential cause for this is a slow server. For this one, you’ll need to contact your hosting service.
Moreover, another way to improve “initial server response time” is by using a caching plugin w/ proper settings. You can try plugins such as WP Rocket or Autoptimize for this.

Another recommendation we can make is to add an image optimization plugin like Smush.
