VERY basic questions about footer design (problem with container height and cent

Hello, I'm sorry if the questions are too basic, but I can't solve it and I couldn't find any information in official documentation or forum
The first problem I have is that I can't make a white space at the bottom of the page disappear (screenshot 1).

I can make it disappear by occupying a lower padding in the container of that text BUT the result is very large (screenshot 2)

I'm working on a second footer (this footer will only be visible when the user browses the page's internal forums, it contains widgets with information), I have the same problem mentioned above, but also I can't vertically center anything (the block options don't seem apply, at least not the ones in the option when a minimum height is entered). Eventually I can simulate centering the text by force of padding but the result is too big

In private I am leaving the links, maybe they will help to better graph the problem I have
I apologize if it is too basic, I really want to continue learning, I greatly appreciate the help
Thank you !
No worries :)
1. The white space is from the default bottom margin of the copyright paragraph:

I would recommend using GB's headline block for that line of text (headline block can be used as paragraph as well), then you can set its margin-bottom to 0.
2. It's the same issue as NO.1.
Thank you very very much !
You are welcome :)
