Vertical space setting

I have a background image in a block that is showing too long (the width is ok). I've tried adjusting all the container settings, but not finding a way to decrease the vertical size. Where can I adjust this? Thanks!

If so the background image height is the same as the container block's height.
You can try remove the container block's top/bottom paddings, and resize the image to be smaller.
