vacation theme

Hello, is there any documentation on editing vacation theme specifically.
Im trying to replace the photos in the header, at least I think its called the header, but im not to sure, because I can't find the loaded photos under header. Im trying to edit and remove the main image, and the 4 images within it, and the links.
also on the mobile version the text is to is too big and runs off the line or the main heading.

That header/hero section is completely done with Gutenberg editor and GB.

That was helpful, thank you for that. I don't see the mobile page editor on mine like is showing in yours. Is there a way to show that. I have Gutenberg installed and then I got to pages, and HOME page and see that I can edit, but it doesn't show mobile and tablet. Is there another way im suppose to open to edit.
