Hello there,
Can I use a YouTube video as background on my header? It seems that the “Page headers” section doesn’t allow it. Am I correct?

You are correct.
Currently the feature needs a direct link to the video file.
YouTube provides no such link unfortunately.
Great, thanks so much! Any idea what’s the best quality for the video? I need something light I guess, but I am afraid of ending up with an extremely pixelized video.
Best to test them out yourself. I’d think generally good quality = big file size.
