Using the Prefetch in Head

Hello Tom,

What method would you use to use the "prefetch" in the header? For example, if I wanted to prefetch the google analytics to save those few milliseconds. Would you simply put it in the header via Generate Press Hooks or would you place it via a function through the functions.php file? This is the tag I'm referring to.
