    Hi,
I have read svg icon related posts in the forum and I’m confused a bit!

I’m really tired of using additional plugins and/or fontawesome like things to achieve social icons, svg icons in widgets/posts.

With the help of GP and maybe GB , I’m wondering can I replicate my current web site design without any additonal plugin/font.

Especially social icons at the top right header, in sidebar widgets and in navigation menu.

I think I need GB, maybe Pro version for that. Pls enlighten me!

    Hi Halil,

With WP 5.8.1 you should be able to use block widget.

You can use GB buttons block to add social icons to replace the top right icons, use headline block to add sidebar.

Buttons block and Headline block can both use built-in svg icons and also support custom icons.

For navigation menu, you just need to paste the SVG code to the label field instead of using text.

Here’s a video that using GB buttons block to add social icons, you can start watching at 7:00
