Using sections

I try to use sections on a new homepage, but I can't get my (first) secion sized properly. On
http://www.caecilia-heiloo.nl/home-new/
the first section is much to long and it 'takes ages' before the next section appears.
I've set bottom padding to 10, but 0 or 50 has the same effect.
What is it that I do wrong?
It looks like you have a second section added with no content in it?
Double check to make sure there's only one section added.
Yes Tom, you're right. There was a second section and it was collapsed so working on the third section I keep missing the second (empty) one.
