Using Lightweight Grid Columns with Generate blocks

Is it possible to use "Lightweight Grid Columns" with generate blocks or is it an outdated solution?
Currently I can only add a grid > Multiple comtainers > paragraphs.
Although the plugin is active, I cant see where/how to use this to use this.

Hi there,
LGC really shouldn't be used outside of the Classic editor.
GenerateBlocks is a separate plugin for the block editor, it adds 4 blocks for design purposes, you can see there main docs explaining how to use them:

For Grid Blocks, what you put inside them is up to you, they accept any of the core blocks e.g Image Block.
