[Support request] Using license key in generatepress doesnt work

when pressing save key after putting in the key, it just infinitely loads.
tried different browsers, nothing working

Can you right click your mouse, select inspect, open the console tab?

When you hit the save button, is there any error showing in the console tab?

If so, can you share the error with us?

Hi there,

the 404 on wp-json requests generally mean the REST API is not responding.
Try: Go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes.
Then retry adding your license key.
