Using hooks for Google Adsense

I just signed up for Google Adsense. I got a code and google says to paste that code after <head> tag.Can I paste that code in wp_head hook? Or do I have to paste it in theme editor?

For that code you can add it into the wp_head hook in GP Hooks.
