Using GGP 2 Beta 3 - Could not delete meta value from database.

When trying to add a new element, I'm getting a "Could not delete meta value from database" error when trying to publish. I'm created many elements for this website previously, but I get this error whenever I try to publish a new element.
Hi there,
I've never personally run into this one. Does it continue to happen with all other plugins deactivated?
