    Hi,

    I have a general question regarding the use of GP, elementor and CSSHero together.
    As I see it I should make changes in the following order:

    – First Generatepress, if this does not have an option;
    – Then use elementor, also used to build the pages visually
    – Any added CSS changes that are not within GP or elementor

    Am I correct?

    I’m setting up an Woocommerce store but run into problems when changing things it sometimes overlaps with one of the other plugins. If I make a change in GP it sometimes does not work, but it does work in e.g. CSSHero.

    Hi, yes that is the sort of order. For clarity:

    GeneratePress is used for the Theme styling
    Elementor should be used for building content
    Custom CSS styling should be performed after.

    Woocommerce is one of the more complex plugins to style.
    Their selectors are highly specified and therefore your custom CSS needs to be more specific or worst case resort to using !important.

    If you are building Woo with Elementor Widgets you are adding more elements to the page that also need to be considered, again further complicating the process.

    If there’s anything specific you need then we are always willing to help
