Using dynamic content, how would I display author's job title?

how is the Authors Job Title being added ? As that is not a standard field in the User profile.

It looks to be added with Yoast SEO, would there be any other way to create a field for each user for their job title?

I am not sure its a Yoast addition - i checked on a dev site and adding Yoast didn't add the Job Title to the user profile.
Any other plugins ?

The only easy way to find out is to temporarily disable one plugin at a time and see which one removes that option.
