I’m using a block template to create a template for a specific post type and I need the content area to be full-width for the template to display correctly. What is the best way to tell GP that this post type and template should be displayed in a full-width container? I want the content restrained to the proper content width, but need full-width for the containers that include design elements.

    Hi there,

you can use a Layout Element:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/

On the Content Tab set the Container to Full Width.
And set the Display Rules to match your Post Type.

That did it. Wow I feel dumb for not thinking of that 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Thanks!
