Hey I am not the most experienced at building so apologies if this is a silly question

I am re-building my basic blog site

    Structure
Front Page with 4 post archive summaries after a hero header
    1) Last 6 created posts (hot of the press type of thing)
    2) Random 6 post archives from a category – 1 section for each of main categories (so 3 in total)

    Category page
    3) Post archive

    Post page
    4) standard post page

Creating the category page blog archive is fine using the post setting in GP

Can I use GP for the 4 mini archives on the front page. Tried using WP show Post but cant figure out how to change front size etc

    Hi there,

the WP Show Posts method is the simplest way to create that kind of layout.
The Pro version of WPSP has font size controls etc.

But if you want to set up the site using the free version, send us a link and tell us the changes you require we’ll see if we can write up some CSS.

Thanks David – I thought it might, didn’t what to the buy the pro version before checking that was the case

I will buy the pro version – this way I have the flexibility to change whilst my CSS knowledge builds

But thank you for your kind offer
