Using AMP Plugin With Other Plugins

How does https://wordpress.org/plugins/amp/ generally coexist with other plugins, such as SG Optimiszer, as well as custom CSS added at a page and site level?

First of all you'd need this plugin to make GP compatible with the official AMP plugin you've mentioned:

I'm not sure about SG optimizer unfortunately, you'd need to test it out or check with SG support team.
CSS should work fine as far as I understand.
