Using All in one schema plugin

Hi Tom I am having a little confusion over using the plugin All in One Schema.org. I've been using that from long but after making a switch to GP few months ago, I realised that the theme has built in schema markup. So, I am confused as should I disable the plugin so the things are not redundant or leave it as it is. I am actually trying to disable the not required plugins to let the load come down.
GP adds schema markup to all of the theme elements that require it.
If you require other elements you've added to have the markup, you may need a plugin/to code it in yourself.
Maybe the plugin has an option to ignore specific elements that already have it?
