Userway accessibility widget add

Hello and Happy Monday, I am trying to add an accessibility widget to the header and footer of my blog. It isn't showing up. Please help me since I tried to use a 3rd party plugin called "insert headers and footers" but it isn't working.
I appreciate all the engineers helping us run our sites smoothly!
