Use Navigation as Header disappeared

Hi,
I'm using GP on various websites I own, I have the item "Use Navigation as Header" in the Customize -> Layout -> Header section on all my websites except on a website, where this item is not present.
I can't understand how to activate it.
Can you help me please?

Can you go to Layout > Primary Navigation and make sure there is no Navigation logo uploaded?

you had right: I had Navigation logo uploaded.
Now I have removed it and it worked well.
