Use Navigation as Header

Hi,
I've seen video use this option, played with it and searched the documentation but I still don't understand what exactly this does (Use Navigation as Header) and why I would use it.
Can you just explain it to me please?

Hi there,
It removes the Site Header container and outputs just the Nav element with inline branding - you can see an example on the Marketer library site:
So if you're after a very simple header then its a shortcut method of achieving that.
However since GP 3.0 and the introduction of Flexbox - there is less need for this option as inlining logo and nav inside the Site Header is super easy now.
The one benefit Nav as Header still has is the transition to Sticky Navigation.
Once we replace Sticky Nav with Sticky Header - this option will probably be deprecated.
