[Support request] Use Infinite Scroll with Loop Template

With some digging, I discovered that GP Premium implements a filter on the blog settings when a loop-template is in use on a page — in my case a search results page — and the purpose of the filter is to set the infinite scroll and the read more button options to false.

I can see how that would make sense to avoid having the infinite scroll “Load More” button along with pagination buttons, but I’m wondering if it’s absolutely necessary or if it would be alright to remove/overwrite that filter in order to keep the Infinite Scroll working with the loop-template.

Hi there,

the Themes infinite scroll wasn’t built for the Query Loop, so enabling it wouldn’t ( shouldn’t ? ) work.
Currently Query Loop block only has a standard pagination, which you can add from the Query Loop blocks Toolbar.
