Use blog category's on different page's and homepage

Hi Guys!

I did start with the Dispatch theme and was thinking and searching how to put on every page blog messages. I wanne start a blog about healthy living and wanne make 3 pages with blog messages about a specific subject per page. And on the homepage i would show the last blog messages with on top of the page H1 and opportunities to use H2,H3 and text above and under the blog messages block.

I know that it is possible to use the category as a menu item. But in case of that i am not able to put text on the page above and under the blog messages block.

And it would be nice to work with short URL's, like this; https://www.domainname.com/blog-title/

it would be really nice if someone could help me to create this. :) Greetz Vincent
