Please see the below screenshot

My menu items are not coming.

Hi there,

go to Appearance > Elements and look for the Header Element you have assigned to the Front Page, Quick Edit and Save as Draft or Delete it.

You have that header element set to Merged with Site Header which is causing the problem.
