urgent help - fatal error after updates of plugin and gp them update

i have encountered a fatal error after updating the gp theme update and now i am not able to login into my site

here is the error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WP_User_Request in /home/enrigrrb/public_html/wp-includes/user.php on line 3657

can any one help resolve it pls.

i am unable to login to my wordpress dashboard as well.

Hi there,

as per my email reply:

try disabling all plugins first to see if there is a conflict.
To do this without access to the admin dashboard you will need to access your site via FTP / host file editor. Navigate to the Plugin directory and rename each of the plugin folders.

Hi David

I am unable to log in to my wordpress dash board, and i am a novice and if someone can help that will be great. I am only okay with the dashboard way. I dont want to ruin anything.

Just need help to restore my website and roll back to the earlier GP theme version

this occurred after updating GP theme update
