[Support request] Upsells are not showing

my upsells are not showing even though they are set correctly in the product category.
I messaged woocommerce about it and they said it seems to be a theme issue. Could you help me?

is this on any particular product? I went to Amethyst Smudge Kit to check and i can see three upsell products being displayed

Your Cart / Checkout page has been built using Elementor … and it doesn’t look like it has a Cross Sell widget available:
