The UPS box isn’t appearing from my end? Do you have it disabled now? What are steps to make it appear?

Perhaps you can reach out to the creator/support of this plugin as well as to why it’s blocking other elements in the Checkout page?

Hi fernando to make it appear, you should try to buy something and fill the checkout choose for example 33 Rue de Lille, 75007 Paris, France.

i send few email to ups technical assistance without response and over the phone they said change theme

There shouldn’t be anything in GP that should cause such an issue though.

this is how it displays for me:

I checked to see I only have the amazon pay option available, so theres nothing being hidden behind the UPS form.

Is the issue on a specific device or browser ?

There were no other payment options on that page. So the UPS isn’t hiding anything.

You will need to speak with Woo, UPS or the payment extension provider. Its not something that GP handles.
