Hello! I just purchased the GP Premium and I am trying to install it on my staging site. When I upload it as a plug in i get this response:

    “Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/764712.cloudwaysapps.com/yerwwxgpdq/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gp-premium/”

    How could i solve this?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

that means the site already had GP Premium installed on the site at some time.
You will need to access your site via FTP ( or your host may provide a Console with a File Manager ) and delete that folder listed in the error.
