I need to upload mp4 file instead of header image in one particular page, is it safe

Don't think that's doable.
Without knowing the layout you are trying to achieve, I would recommend using our page header add-on with background video option:

I do not have that option in my website, "Page Header Background Video"
Are you using the latest GP premium plugin version 1.6.2?
I am using 2.1.2
That's the theme version. Can you check your GP Premium version in the "Plugins" area of your Dashboard?
Adding a video background to the site header is do-able, but it will take some custom coding. The Page Header route that Leo pointed out is the easiest solution :)
This is the plugin version 1.2.79
I updated it, thank you, I can load mp4 now.
