Don’t think that’s doable.

Without knowing the layout you are trying to achieve, I would recommend using our page header add-on with background video option:

That’s the theme version. Can you check your GP Premium version in the “Plugins” area of your Dashboard?

Adding a video background to the site header is do-able, but it will take some custom coding. The Page Header route that Leo pointed out is the easiest solution 🙂
