added the GP premium to my theme - uploaded it as a plugin. enables all the functionality. none of my upload buttons in the customizer are working for me to add images to my background, header, etc..
Very weird, there must be a JavaScript error somewhere, most likely being caused by another plugin.
Can you try deactivating all other plugins and see if it works. Then activate them one by one until the problem plugin is found.
Let me know what you find out.
read that same advice on here. tried it. it didn't work.
any more advice please?

Pete's issue was a browser issue (IE).
