Upload button wont work, doesnt respond

Hi,
When I go to Appearance>Generate Press>Customize I am unable to use the upload button, I click it and nothing happens. I specifically want to add a logo to Header Content but I have also purchased Background Images and none of those upload buttons work either. I have used a different browser and computer with no luck. Could you please tell me what the issue is?

Hi there,
Are you using the latest version of WordPress?
If so, you might have a javascript error going on.
Can you try deactivating all non-GP plugins, and then see if it works?
If it does, activate them each one by one until the buttons stop working - this will tell you which plugin has the error in it.
