upgrade to pro issues. help

I designed the most of the site in the free version and then decided hey i need a little more control over the page.
So i see 39.99 and for what i get it is i fair. at first.
After downloading and adding/activating it I continue to add new pages and work on finishing the website design.
1 huge issue and i can't find the reason, or the fix for it.
every new page created has a gigantic white bar below the bottom little bar that is the copyright bar.
any ideas on this.

a new page that i still have up is the trader resources so you can see the footer spacing issues.
The page isn't long enough to push the footer to the bottom of your site.
This is typical of all websites - the footer is only as low as the content pushes it.

hmmm not long enough content.. ok. i will add more and see how it goes.
