Upgrade seems to have removed sidebar options

I upgraded to Version 1.3.40
Now the customer/layout/sidebar form only shows blog, id does not show the other 2 options for setting the sidebar layout
Hi Henry,
If you view a page in the Customizer, the page sidebar layout option will appear.
Same with the blog, single posts etc..
