    Hi there!

Unfortunately when I installed the theme I didn’t create a child theme (I didn’t know how).
Is there a way to export all the modifications I made so I don’t have to redo everything after I update the latest version?

    Thank you!

Just to confirm, you’ve made changes to the theme’s core files like function.php etc?

    Customizer changes don’t count.

    Let me know 🙂

    Hi there,

If you’ve made changes to the core files, you will need to find those changes and extract the functions so you can add them to your child theme.

You’ll want to do this anyway, as those changes will be lost any time you update the theme itself (as the files are replaced).
