Updating to WP

Hi Tom,

I just wanted to check about updating to WP 4.7, because I read that it affects the Customizer and since GP works largely through the Customizer, I thought I had better check before proceeding, too. I see GP has an update 1.3.41, too. I presume the order is back-up, then update WP, then update GP, but if that order is incorrect, I’m ready to stand corrected.

No problem!

Of course, taking backups is never a bad thing. There’s so many parts to a WordPress site developed by different people (plugins etc..), that major releases can cause issues.

I haven’t run into any yet and almost all of my sites are running 4.7 now.
