Updating GP Premium

Hi,
When trying to update GP Premium from Version 1.2.61 to 1.2.79 I just get the spinning arrows but nothing happens, I tried leaving it for several minutes but the update never completes.
I'm using GP Theme Version: 1.3.13 with a Child theme and running Wordpress 4.3.1.
Do I need to update these first?
tia,
Andy
When you go to "Dashboard > Updates" and try to update, what does the error message say?
Aaah seems I have an authorization issue, it says:
An error occurred while updating GP Premium: Download failed. Unauthorized
Thank you, updated successfully now!
No problem :) Glad I could help.
Am also unable to update GP-Premium am getting the following error
An error occurred while updating GP Premium: Could not copy file. gp-premium/addons/generate-backgrounds/functions/js/generate-upload-control.js
am updating from Version 1.2.85 to Version 1.2.86
That's a server issue - some servers don't like how many folders are in GP Premium and won't process it.
I'm working on reducing the amount of folders to fix this issue.
For now, you'll need to manually update: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/updating-add-ons/#manual-update
Worked, had to manually update, this issue is happening on localhost
Glad it worked.
I'll try to reduce the amount of folders in the next version :)
I have bought gp premium and I have problems to update the latest version. Problem is that I cant find the email, where is the lisence key. What is the email subject or sender email, it could be more easy to find the email...
